Customer service is hard to get a hold of. Installation of equipment wasn't installed to our liking. Rating based on poor customer service, lack of resolution of problem immediately or at least reasonably. Incorrect information on message banner when you use customer support number, etc, etc. Sorry, you are having issues with your monitor pendant. We have increased our number of employees and will take care of this immediately.

Excellent customer service and assistance. It has not worked at my home since the day they installed it. Fees that I am charged each month do not match what I was explained at time of installation.
They had no issue, although after the death of his older brother, he adopted his niece, Johanna (b. 1936) but the little girl died in 1939. My system works great, Christa and Brett were easy to communicate with. Preston did a magnificent professional job installing and teaching me how to use the system. Is not currently accepting service requests from HomeAdvisor. He was professional and friendly and explained everything perfectly. Excellent communication from representative to installation crew.

I don't like the fact you can't pay you bill on line or via phone. I haven't received a invoice for the this month. I refuse to gave my information for auto draft due to the salesman for there company fraudulently took money from me on Christmas day. Had an older ADT system, wasn't to happy. Arthur called me from core home security and he was very knowledgeable and convinced me to upgrade to a newer system with doorbell camera. They promise you the moon, and don't deliver anything. Have had it for 3 months and still NO signs or stickers and still No gift card they promised. When you call, no one answers and NO callbacks.
